OneSpace is a monthly subscription service providing access to cloud gaming and a cloud PC with 256 GB of storage.

With your OneSpace subscription, you get:

  • With a OneSpace Subscription, you can:
  • Play games from the OnePlay gaming catalog.
  • Access our cloud PC service to download and play games not available on our platform.
  • Use creative applications, perform video editing, and engage in various other computing activities.

Note: Criminal or illicit activity, cryptocurrency mining, or any similar intensive computation tasks are strictly prohibited.

Your OneSpace subscription includes 256 GB of cloud storage.

If your subscription is not renewed within 7 days of expiry, all your data will be deleted.

If you renew your OneSpace subscription with a different plan, your data will be immediately deleted if your existing OneSpace plan has already expired. If your current plan is still active, your data will be deleted after it expires. You will receive a confirmation alert before proceeding with the purchase.

Currently, the OneSpace subscription includes 256 GB of storage, with additional storage options coming in the future.

You can access OneSpace on any device—Desktop, Mobile, or TV—with an internet connection that supports our cloud PC and cloud gaming services.

Yes, we prioritize the security and privacy of your data. Our cloud storage and PC services are designed with advanced security measures to protect your information.

OneSpace subscriptions are intended for individual use. Sharing your account with others may violate our terms of service. Please refer to our user agreement for more details.

It will take us up to 24 hours to set up your cloud PC with storage. We will notify you as soon as it's ready for use.

Night plans are subscription options that provide access to gameplay between the hours of 12am and 6am. These plans are more economical and have shorter queues than monthly plans. They cannot be combined with other monthly subscriptions and are not refundable. Night plans are available for 30 days and allow customers to play for as long as they like, with the exception of the 12am to 6am time slot.

When it comes to OnePlay's plans, it's important to understand the refund policy. OnePlay provides a refund option within 24 hours of the payment transaction's completion, provided less than or equal to 1 hour of gaming hours have been used during this period. However, after this 24-hour period has passed, you will be ineligible for a refund on a purchased subscription. Customers can also apply for a cancellation/refund for an upcoming monthly plan through OnePlay. If you have a subscription plan with OnePlay and want to cancel it, you can do so up to 5 days before the next billing cycle begins.

It is important to note that there is no cancellation or refund option available for other OnePlay plans. Please contact us at support@oneplay.in if you want to cancel or get a refund.

To cancel your OnePlay subscription, please refrain from renewing your plan before the current subscription period ends. Once the billed date is reached, the plan will be automatically cancelled.
